Fees for KFAEC's services will be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to change. Payments are due upon invoice.

All intellectual property rights in the KFAEC website and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and designs, are owned by KFAEC. You may not use this intellectual property without KFAEC's prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

KFAEC's liability for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Highcourt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi Highcourt.

10. Amendments

KFAEC may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
